If we do not receive ample notification by Chat or by Email: Beauty@aestheticallyunique.com before the 72 hours start of your appointment you will lose your full payment and have to rebook your appointment by repaying your full payment. If you "no show" for your appointment you will lose your full payment. Last-minute, same-day cancellations will result in a 25-dollar cancellation fee charge. RESCHEDULING POLICY- No same-day rescheduling. Rescheduling appointments can only be done 72 hours before the appointment date. Here are the ways to reschedule appointments: 1. Through our chat or Email at beauty@aestheticallyunique.com, make sure you include the date and time that you scheduled along with the date and time you want to reschedule. Please be advised that your desired rescheduling date is pending availability.
