If you "no show" for your appointment you will lose your full payment. Last-minute, same-day cancellations will result in a 25-dollar cancellation fee charge. RESCHEDULING POLICY- No same-day rescheduling. Rescheduling appointments can only be done 72 hours before the appointment date. Here are the ways to reschedule appointments: 1. Please be advised that your desired rescheduling date is pending availability.
