Cancellation Policy
REFUND POLICY- No refunds CANCELLATION POLICY- Yes, your appointment time is valuable to us and we want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. If we do not receive ample notification by Chat or by Email: Beauty@aestheticallyunique.com before the 72 hours start of your appointment you will lose your full payment and have to rebook your appointment by repaying your full payment. If you "no show" for your appointment you will lose your full payment. Last-minute, same-day cancellations will result in a 25-dollar cancellation fee charge. RESCHEDULING POLICY- No same-day rescheduling. Rescheduling appointments can only be done 72 hours before the appointment date. Here are the ways to reschedule appointments: 1. Through our chat or Email at beauty@aestheticallyunique.com, make sure you include the date and time that you scheduled along with the date and time you want to reschedule. Please be advised that your desired rescheduling date is pending availability. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you soon Important Information - Arrive at your appointment 15 min early to park and give yourself enough time to fill out all necessary paperwork. - Each client has an allotted time for their service, if you are later than 10 minutes after your appointment you lose your payment and your appointment will be CANCELED there are NO EXCEPTIONS. You will receive a confirmation email when your appointment is booked. No children are allowed due to the limitation of space and your inability to supervise under treatment.
